INFANT and CHILD SLEEP DIARY - SLEEPDIARY.com

Child Sleep problems are some of the most common challenges faced by parents.  You may wonder about how to get your child to Sleep all through the night hours. You may have a new baby and want to learn how to help them to develop and maintain healthy Sleep habits that will last a lifetime. Some children may have chronic Sleep difficulties. Many children and most adults live much of their lives in a Sleep-deprived condition.

If your infant or young child has a problem with Sleeping, we feel that it is a good idea to collect the following Sleep Diary information for a representative three or four sleep cycle periods to accurately inform your Doctor or Sleep professional of the perceived problem. For a longer term or as a Sleep Diary between visits to the Doctor, we suggest collecting Sleep Diary data for three weeks before making a follow-up appointment. This information will be very useful in formulating the appropriate Sleep treatment plan.
